Three identifiers with three different uses

IDWhat does it specify?Where is it used?
Order IDConversion order in the serviceSarrafHub tracking page
Transaction Hash / TxIDA single transfer on a specified networkThe same blockchain explorer and transfer review
Memo / Destination TagAdditional destination information where neededWhen sending to a destination that requests it

Do not make the order ID and the private fee refund request link public. The outgoing payment hash also differs from your initial send hash; one conversion may involve two transfers on two different networks.

What do the order steps mean?

If the status is not up to date, do not send new funds to the address you have seen before. SarrafHub hides the deposit instruction if the status becomes outdated or unclear, so the status is checked before sending again.

  1. Order created: the order information has been recorded; read the valid instruction for the same order before any deposit.
  2. Awaiting deposit: the order is registered, but this status alone does not confirm receipt of funds.
  3. Network confirmation: receipt depends on network confirmations.
  4. Currency conversion: the order is in the conversion stage or preparing the destination amount.
  5. Sending to destination: this stage does not yet mean final receipt.
  6. Order under review: track the same ID and do not send new identity documents or funds; this status is not a KYC request.
  7. The deposit needs review: keep the network, amount, time, and transfer hash with the same order and do not send other funds.
  8. Conversion completed: the payment completion status has been recorded; check the information and output hash of the same order.
  9. Conversion was not completed: do not assume completion or return; track the same order's status and transfer information.
  10. Amount refunded: the asset return has been recorded in the case; check the asset, network, amount, and return hash.
  11. The order has expired: if you have not yet made a transfer, do not deposit; if you have sent, follow up on the same order and hash.

When is Memo or Destination Tag needed?

In XRP Ledger, some destinations use a shared address and the Destination Tag is used to identify the receiving account. Not all wallets have the same requirement; read the instructions for that same destination. The absence of the required Tag can disrupt the allocation of the deposit to the account.

The customer's destination Tag differs from the order deposit information. In this version, only the deposit addresses of the route are configured for the 1,000 euro threshold without a memo or tag. In each order, if Memo or Tag is displayed in the deposit instructions, it must be sent along with the transfer. If your destination wallet requires Tag, enter it separately when registering the destination address.

If the send is delayed or the site response is interrupted

If you have not sent funds yet and the deadline has passed, do not deposit. If the send has been made, keep the same order ID and transfer hash and follow up on the matter. Sending again may complicate the issue.

If the order creation response was unclear, first use the receipt and recovery of that same request. Creating a new order does not determine the result of the previous request. In orders subject to the 1,000 euro threshold, later confirmation of a timely deposit may require review; showing expiry alone is not proof that funds were lost.

My order expired but I have deposited; where do I start?

What you knowNext actionWhat has not been proven?
No transfer has been sent or scheduledDo not deposit to an expired order; check a valid quote to continueExpiry alone is not a sign of debt or payment
The transfer is done and you have the hashTrack the same order, network, amount, and hashHaving a hash does not mean the conversion is complete
A send from another platform is queuedCheck the withdrawal status on the same platform; do not create a duplicate order or sendA withdrawal request does not mean a confirmed transfer
The amount or time of receipt does not match the orderDo not send extra funds and keep the same item for reviewAutomatic completion or return is not guaranteed

On the route subject to the 1,000 euro threshold, the transfer time recorded in the verification document must be before the end of the 60 minute deadline. Document review may occur after this time; therefore the review time is not the same as the transfer time. A transfer exactly at the moment the deadline ends or after it is not considered on time.

A partial, extra, or late deposit requires review. Several small transfers are not automatically combined into one full deposit. A refund address is also not an automatic payment mechanism for these situations.

A fee refund is different from an order refund

SubjectService fee refundPossible return of the source asset
What is checked?Service fee recorded for a successful and eligible orderDeposited asset in an order that has reached review or return
Destination addressUSDT on Ethereum for the plan requestRefund address for the same asset and source network
Follow-up referenceRequest status and, after payment, the fee refund hashOrder ID and transfer or refund hash
Is it automatic? No; submitting a request does not mean paymentNo; the possibility, amount, and time must be confirmed in that same case

A fee refund does not take the place of following up a missing, late, or mismatched deposit. Also, the USDT Ethereum form address is not the return address BTC, ETH, or the order's source asset. Keep the private information of each case only in that order's follow-up path.

What information should I prepare for follow-up?

To check, do not send a private key or recovery phrase. This information is not needed to track a SarrafHub order.

  1. Order ID and last updated status.
  2. Source and destination currency and network, and the amount sent.
  3. Transfer hash and send time from the wallet.
  4. The memo or tag included in the transfer, if required.
  5. Order execution information is in the terms of use; follow the tracking guide link for that same order.

Frequently asked questions

If the conversion remains pending for a long time, should I deposit again?

No. First update the same order with its ID and check the existing transfer hash. Sending or a duplicate order can create two separate cases and make the problem more complicated.

Does the status "order under review" mean KYC is required?

No. SarrafHub 100% without KYC is supported for all supported amounts, and the order amount does not change this commitment. Do not send an identity document or selfie; keep the same order ID to check the status.

Does seeing the hash mean the conversion is complete?

No. The hash is only a transfer reference. The order status and output payment must be checked separately.

Is the fee refund the same as the order deposit refund?

No. A fee refund only returns the confirmed service fee of an eligible order to USDT Ethereum. A possible return of the origin asset has a separate case, network, and return address.

What should I do if the fee refund form is not displayed?

First check the order number or private link. The 2026 plan only accepts orders created and completed from 11 September to 31 December 2026; eligible cases of 2025 also remain subject to the rules of the same period. Details are in the fee refund plan section of the terms of use.
