1. The SarrafHub brand and order execution

Selecting the currency and network, viewing the offer, and tracking the order are done under the SarrafHub brand. The interface brand name does not change the role of the executing partner or responsibility for receiving funds.

The 1,000 euro threshold applies only to the source currency and network that have a configured receiving address: BTC on Bitcoin, ETH on Ethereum, USDT on Ethereum or Tron, USDC on Ethereum, SOL on Solana, LTC on Litecoin, XRP on XRP Ledger, DOGE on Dogecoin, and XMR on Monero. For these sources, up to 1,000 euros, the conversion is executed with ChangeNOW; above that, the funds are deposited into the SarrafHub wallet and the responsibility for conversion and payment lies with SarrafHub. Other currencies or source networks, including USDT on BSC, use ChangeNOW subject to the technical minimum and maximum, liquidity, and availability of the same pair, and this threshold does not apply to them. The route is determined before the order is placed.

White label and agreement on special terms in Partner agreement It is provided. According to SarrafHub's dedicated agreement, both execution paths 100% without KYC are for all supported amounts. The order amount and the 1,000 euro threshold do not change this commitment.

2. The 100% commitment without KYC and access

SarrafHub 100% without KYC is supported for all amounts. The order amount, execution route, and the 1,000 euro threshold do not change this commitment. No user account, identity document, selfie, or proof of source of funds is requested to create or execute an order. This commitment is the same for both execution routes and all supported pairs.

Technical minimum and maximum, liquidity, pair support, and geographic restriction are separate from KYC. These can determine whether an order can be created, but the order amount does not trigger a request for KYC.

The user must be at least 18 years old. Order registration for Iran, the United Kingdom, Russia, and North Korea is not active in the current status; other residence and location checks also apply. This list describes the access status of SarrafHub, not a complete list of contractual restrictions or laws. The amount or rerouting does not remove these controls.

3. Orders subject to the 1,000 euro threshold

For the origins listed above, the input value is calculated using the exact asset amount and the EUR price from CoinGecko. USDT or USDC are not assumed to equal one euro. The price and its time are recorded; without a fresh rate or the exact combination of currency and network, no order is created.

The service fee for this route 0.38% is from the sent currency, rounded up and deducted in the smallest unit of that currency. The net received amount is based on the recorded rate and after deducting the fee, rounded down to the smallest unit of the destination currency, and is shown before confirmation. This amount is the SarrafHub payment commitment for a complete and timely deposit. The sending fee from the source wallet is separate; the outgoing payment fee must not be deducted from the agreed net received amount.

The deposit receipt deadline is 60 minutes after the order is created; this deadline is not a guaranteed conversion completion time. The receiving address may be shared. The configured receiving addresses for this route do not have a memo or tag; this does not apply to the customer's destination or the deposit instruction of another route.

An incomplete, extra, or late deposit requires review. A deposit to the wallet is not by itself a conversion or customer payment. The order is shown as completed only after review of an actual and finalized payment, with sufficient amount on the agreed network and destination. Keep the transfer ID and hash.

4. Quote, fee, and deadline of other orders

For executed orders via the ChangeNOW route, the actual offer and terms of that same order apply; this route has no local cap of 1,000 euros for origins outside the list above. The floating rate can change until execution. The fixed rate depends on the offer's validity and deposit conditions. The sending cost from the source wallet may be separately borne by the user. No amount causes KYC and SarrafHub 100% without KYC is for all supported amounts. The order amount does not change this commitment. Technical support, the current pair range, and liquidity only determine whether an order can be created and never create a KYC route. A definite completion time is not guaranteed for all orders.

5. Address and network

Check the asset, network, amount, address, and memo or tag before confirming. A blockchain transaction is usually irreversible, and the order information recorded in this version cannot be edited. Send only to the valid address of that same order and according to its deadline. If the response is unclear, first retrieve the result of that same request; do not repeat the order or the send.

6. Refund

Entering a return address does not create an automatic payment. Handling returned funds, a network, address, or amount error depends on the order terms and on reviewing the transfer. An immediate, fee-free, or predetermined-amount refund is not guaranteed. On the ChangeNOW route, the same provider's refund policy applies; on the direct receive route, handling is with SarrafHub.

7. Fee refund plans

The 2026 plan covers eligible orders on both execution routes of SarrafHub that are created and successfully completed from 00:00 on 11 September 2026 until before 00:00 on 1 January 2027, all Tehran time. Failed, returned, created before the start, or completed at or after the end time are not covered.

The total actual service fee and confirmed eligible order fee is the basis for calculation. Network cost or Gas, slippage, price change or market rate, difference in quoted value and result, and the principal conversion amount are not included. The fee is converted at the rate documented in USDT and the total is rounded up only once to six decimal places.

The request can be submitted after the order and without a separate announced deadline, using the order's private link and a USDT address on Ethereum ERC20. One request and one fixed address are accepted per order. Submitting a request does not confirm eligibility, amount, or payment; the amount is determined only after the final status review and proof of cost. Payment is made separately and recorded with the transaction ID, and no fixed time or automatic payment is guaranteed. Responsibility for carrying out the plan lies with SarrafHub. Completed 2025 plan cases do not change: only eligible ChangeNOW route orders whose creation and successful completion were before 00:00 on 1 January 2026 Tehran time are reviewed under the original rules of that plan. The 2026 plan does not make an old order eligible again.

8. Data processing partner

ChangeNOW is used for the asset list, validation, and in related orders, quote, execution, and transaction status. The required data includes the pair, network, amount, destination address, additional information, and return address. A valid IP may also be transferred if needed. That service processes it in accordance with ChangeNOW Privacy Policy and the contract is applicable.

No KYC document, identification document, or selfie is received via SarrafHub or transferred for order execution. Do not send such documents in the form, support message, or Telegram. Details of order data retention and notifications are in SarrafHub privacy is provided.

9. Tracking and handling

First, check the status in Order tracking SarrafHub Check with the same order ID. Keep the ID, network and related hash; do not send the private fee refund link, private key, recovery phrase or identity document.

For orders executed by ChangeNOW, Support ChangeNOW The provider's handling path. If the order reaches an unexpected review status, do not send other funds and follow up on the same order; this status is not a KYC request and SarrafHub does not require an identity document.

Handling direct-receipt orders and the fee refund plan is with SarrafHub. Check the order status and next steps only with the ID of that same order through the tracking path.
