2026 plan terms

- The entire confirmed service fee of the conversion is refunded; the network fee is not included.
- The basis for calculation is the recorded and confirmed fee. Market price changes, slippage, the difference between the quoted rate and the result, or the principal conversion amount are not counted as a fee.
- Each currency's cost is calculated using the documented rate USDT. The final total is rounded up once to six decimal places.
- You can submit the order number and receiving address for review after the conversion. The final amount is displayed after fees are confirmed; submitting a request does not mean eligibility is confirmed.
- Only one request and one address are accepted per order. The return is in the form of USDT on Ethereum (ERC20); a Tron address is not suitable.
- Submitting a request does not mean the payment is made. The request status and, after payment, the transaction ID are displayed; no fixed time for payment has been announced.
- No upfront payment, "activation" deposit or wallet connection is required for the request. Keep the private link for the end of the conversion.
- The fee refund plan does not change the order's access restrictions; check the residence conditions in Access section Check.

Which costs are refunded?
Only the total service fee recorded and confirmed for an eligible order. Network cost, Gas, slippage, market changes, and the principal conversion amount are not included. Full fee guide
Can I register the request later?
Yes. For orders created within the announced period and successfully completed, the request can later be submitted with the same number and private receipt. The conditions of the stored period for that same order do not change.
Why is the requested amount initially "under review"?
The address can be saved before the amount is ready, but the amount is determined only after the fee proof is submitted and reviewed. Submitting the form does not mean confirming the amount or payment.
How is a fee refund different from an order refund?
