This page explains what information is kept for the order, tracking, and fee refund request, or transferred to the execution partner of that same order.
Information needed to perform the conversion
To determine the route for orders whose origin has a configured receive address, the EUR price of assets is obtained from CoinGecko; your amount or wallet address is not sent to it. The asset list and address and network validation may be obtained from the technical partner. To receive a quote and execute the related order, the currency pair, network, amount, destination address, memo or tag, and return address are transferred to the execution partner of that same order.
SarrafHub 100% without KYC is supported for all supported amounts; the order amount does not change this commitment, and no identity document, selfie, or proof of source of funds is collected or transmitted. The selected country is used only to check geographic access. In an environment where a valid IP address is available to the server, it may be transmitted for order execution requirements. Wallet and browser receipt
SarrafHub does not request a private key or recovery phrase. To recover a request after disconnection, a receipt containing the encrypted and authenticated token of the offer, the registration time, and after success, the order ID is stored in this same browser. This token contains the information needed to validate that same offer, including the pair, networks, amounts, the determined execution route, and the validity time; the wallet address is not stored in the browser receipt. After completion, you can set aside the current receipt from the conversion page; the history of numbers and private links remains in this same browser for later tracking. Clearing browser data removes this local access; keep the private link separately.
The ID is placed in the tracking page address. Do not share the receipt and private link with others.
Fee refund request
The order ID, plan version ID, route and order creation time, confirmed completion time, confirmed fees, documented conversion rate to USDT, refundable amount, declared Ethereum address, request submission time, request status, and, if payment is recorded, the transaction ID are kept. These dates and the plan ID are used to check the correct period and prevent transferring the case between the 2025 and 2026 plans.
Access to the request is controlled by the private conversion completion link, and its token is stored in this same browser. These records are kept until deletion by the site administrator and are not subject to the 30-day cleanup of order registration attempts. Order history and payment review
For the direct SarrafHub receiving route, the route, EUR price and its time, amount, fee, receiving address, destination address and customer return, destination memo, country, deadline, and status are recorded in the system. Transaction review records include the transfer reference, network and token contract, amount, destination, confirmations, time, and reviewer name. These records and the related recovery receipt are kept until deleted by the site administrator; the 30-day cleanup of routine attempts does not include them.
Tracking notifications
To track orders and request a fee refund, the ID, status, currency, and order amount, and if a refund is requested, the Ethereum address, and if approved, the USDT amount are sent to the site operator's configured Telegram conversation. The private request link, API key, and identity documents are not sent in these notifications. Notification records and sending status are kept until deleted by the site operator. Telegram messages are subject to that service's retention terms.
Retention and data-related requests
To prevent duplicate orders, the quote fingerprint and send information, attempt status, and order ID are kept for at most 30 days. The wallet address or amount is not stored in this history. Short-term counters with a hashed identifier are used to limit requests and are cleared on expiry with the next request. Automatic receipt recovery is available for up to 29 days.
Order status is updated from the order execution response or SarrafHub payment review records. The host may keep technical access logs. SarrafHub does not use an advertising tracker. For a data request, Handling path read.
