What is the difference between the XRP address and the destination Tag?
The address identifies the recipient's account on XRP Ledger. Destination Tag is a separate number that the recipient can use to identify the customer or the payment purpose. So the address being correct alone is not enough; if the destination has provided Tag, that same value must accompany the payment.
Tag on this network is an unsigned 32-bit integer. Zero is technically a possible value, but it does not mean "no Tag." Enter zero only when the destination itself has declared exactly this value.
Is Memo the same as Destination Tag?

In XRP Ledger itself, the Memos field is separate from DestinationTag. If a wallet displays both, writing Tag in the description box or Memo does not necessarily place it in the correct field. Check the exact field name and that wallet's own guide.
In a SarrafHub order, which Tag do I enter and where?

Do not add the Tag destination for receiving the result to the order's incoming deposit; these two may even be on different networks. In each order, follow exactly the supplementary information displayed for the deposit. Deposit addresses on the route are subject to the 1,000 euro threshold in the current setting without Tag; this setting says nothing about the customer's destination wallet.
Approving the address via the form is not confirmation that Tag belongs to your account. Copy the Tag amount directly from the destination; do not retype the digits or convert them to Persian form. If the sending wallet requires Tag but the deposit instruction has no tag, check the incompatibility with that same service before sending.
If I sent XRP without Tag or mistakenly with Tag
Some XRP accounts enable the destination Tag requirement on the network; in this case, a transaction without Tag is rejected. But the presence of a number does not prove it is correct for your account. A wrong Tag can be accepted along with the payment, and matching the deposit on the destination platform may require review.
Recording the transaction in the ledger alone also does not prove the transfer succeeded; a validated ledger can have an unsuccessful result. Check the final result, amount, destination, and Tag in the transfer information.
- If no transfer has been sent or scheduled yet, do not send funds to the order with incorrect information; the registered order information cannot be edited.
- If the send has been made or the withdrawal is queued, do not make a new send. Keep the order ID, network, hash, and the entered Tag.
- Check the incoming deposit via the same order's tracking path. If the issue relates to the outgoing payment being recorded in the destination account, also follow up on that transfer's details through the destination's official support.
- Do not assume automatic return, a definitive recovery amount, or a fixed time to resolve the issue. Another send does not change the previous Tag transaction.

Before confirming a Ripple send
- The asset XRP and the XRP Ledger network are the same as the order instruction.
- The address has been taken from the valid receive page of the same destination.
- If the destination provided Tag, the exact amount is in the Destination Tag field; not in the free Memo.
- Tag customer destination has not been swapped with the order deposit Tag.
- The order amount and deadline have been reviewed and the ID has been kept for tracking.
Frequently asked questions
Do all XRP addresses require Tag?
No. Determine the need for Tag from that same destination's receive instructions. Do not generalize one wallet being without Tag to another wallet or platform.
Can I skip the Tag field by entering zero?
No. Zero is a Tag value, not a sign of its absence. Use only the declared destination value; if the destination instruction is unclear, check it before sending.
If I find Tag after sending, do I edit the order?
Order information recorded in SarrafHub cannot be edited. Tag a completed transaction does not change by altering the form either. Track the same item with the order ID and hash; recovery is not guaranteed.
