Filling one field does not complete the other fields. If the asset name and network of the three parts are different, take each from the appropriate receiving page in the wallet. This table only explains the role of the fields and does not confirm eligibility for the fee plan.
Check the refund address before creating the order
A technical check of the address format does not prove your ownership or definitive support of the destination for the token. Do not assume an address of another account or platform is your personal address without checking its receiving conditions.
- Specify the asset and network sent for the order.
- In a personal wallet, check that receiving the same asset on the same network is supported.
- In the return address section, enter the address.
- If the destination requires a memo or tag for the return, enter its correct information before confirming.
- Review the destination address for the conversion result separately; then submit the order.
What does saving the address do?
The return address information is kept to handle the same order and, if the order is executed through the relevant execution route, is transferred along with that order. The existence of this data does not initiate an automatic transfer of currency.
The refund decision and terms must be reviewed for that same order. A full amount, being free of charge, an exact time, or an automatic refund after expiry is not guaranteed in this guide. The SarrafHub terms of use also explain refund-related cases and fees.
If the order is placed and the address is wrong
This interface does not provide editing the address of a created order. Changing fields in a repeat of the same request is not the way to correct a previous order. Keep that order's ID and proceed through that order's tracking path.
If no funds have been sent or scheduled, do not deposit to the wrong order. If a transfer has been made, keep the hash, network, amount, and order information for review; creating a new order or sending extra does not correct the previous transfer.
A fee refund is a separate request
The 2026 plan is for eligible orders created from 11 September to 31 December 2026 Tehran time and successfully completed within the same period. The order number and the USDT address on Ethereum can be submitted for review; the amount is determined only after the service fee is recorded and confirmed. Eligible cases of the 2025 plan remain subject to the main terms of that period.
The address of this request is fixed after the accepted registration. The "queued for payment" status does not mean Tether has been sent. This form is not used to return the principal of the order.
Frequently asked questions
Can I leave the refund address empty?
No. The current form requires a valid return address on the source network before continuing. This address is recorded for possible handling and is not a guarantee of automatic refund of funds.
Does order expiration cause an automatic refund?
No. First it must be clear whether the transfer was made, how much arrived and on which network, and when it happened. On routes subject to the 1,000 euro threshold, late or non-compliant cases require review.
For the return of USDT on Tron, can I enter the USDT Ethereum address?
For the refund field of an order with source Tron, the expected network is Tron. The USDT Ethereum address is for a separate service fee refund request in the eligible plan.
