Is your Tether on Ethereum or Tron?
Start from the sender's wallet: look at the USDT asset and the network on which the balance is held. SarrafHub has set USDT on Ethereum and Tron separately. Merely writing the Tether amount does not specify the sending network.
If your balance is on another network, do not assume it is equivalent to one of the displayed options. A service's general support for multiple networks does not mean all those networks are active in this interface.

The USDT balance alone is not enough to send
In an ordinary wallet, sending USDT on Ethereum to ETH requires Gas. In Tron, the account's resource status and resource cost can also affect the ability to send. Before creating an order with a limited deadline, check the ability to send and the current cost in the wallet.
If you are withdrawing Tether from another platform, check the net amount that platform sends to the order address. The withdrawal request number and the amount that arrives at the destination after fees may not be the same. The order is placed for a specific amount; do not compensate for a shortfall by guessing or sending an amount outside the order.

Get the address from the receive page of the Bitcoin destination. Support for the Lightning network or representative tokens of BTC on other networks is not stated in this guide or this route. Do not guess the destination address from the wallet name or similar symbol.
Order review and placement steps
- Select USDT and the exact origin network.
- Select BTC on Bitcoin as the destination and enter the send amount.
- Get a new quote; access, minimum amount, and rate type must have been accepted.
- Enter the BTC receiving address and check the net amount and order conditions.
- After creating the order, keep the ID and send only the stated amount to the valid deposit address.

Fee calculation method without assuming a market rate

In this case, the 0.38% service fee equals 7.6 USDT, and 1,992.4 USDT will be the basis for calculating the net receipt. This example does not state the number of BTC received.
For these two source networks, the route is determined by crossing the 1,000 euro threshold, not merely 1,000 USDT. Tether on other networks, such as BSC, is not subject to this local threshold.
