Start the selection from the destination wallet
If you are sending Tether to a platform account, open its Deposit or receive USDT page. Read the network name, address, and additional information together. In SarrafHub, select the same network for the destination USDT; merely copying the address does not choose the network for you.
A wallet may support both networks, but this does not mean the balances of the two networks are the same. The ability to display an asset also does not necessarily mean a deposit is possible into a custodial account; the instructions for that destination are the criterion.
Is TRC-20 always cheap or free?
No. Check the transfer fee at the moment and for your own wallet. In Tron, the state of account resources, especially Bandwidth and Energy, affects paying for resources or consuming TRX. Therefore, stating a fixed amount for all accounts is not accurate.
When comparing two conversion quotes, do not compare only the network fee: the net receipt amount, destination support, and the possible cost of the next transfer also matter. An apparently cheaper route does not make up for destination network incompatibility.

If I choose the wrong network
A deposit on one network is not necessarily identifiable or usable in an account created for another network. The information of a registered order cannot be edited. Keep the ID and do not send funds to that order; only if no transfer has been sent or scheduled, create a new order with the correct information.
If the send has been made, keep the order ID, currency, network, and transfer hash and track that same item. Do not send extra funds to "activate" receipt. The possibility of recovery depends on the destination and network and has no general guarantee.

- The asset name at the destination is USDT.
- The destination network is exactly Ethereum or Tron selected in the order.
- The address was taken from the receive page for the same network.
- If the destination has declared it, the memo or tag has also been checked.
- The amount, fees, and order deadline have been read before sending.
Frequently asked questions
Can I send USDT TRC-20 to any Ethereum address?
No. A direct transfer between two networks is not done by merely entering an address. To change networks, you must use a route whose origin and destination both explicitly support it.
Is USDT the same as ETH or TRX?
No. USDT is the selected asset; ETH and TRX are the native assets of these networks and play a role in the sending fee.
Which Tether networks does SarrafHub support in this version?
